Old Fashioned Auction

Alexander’s Hope is excited to announce our inaugural auction!

Details:

The auction will be semi-virtual, hosts will register themselves and host their chosen group of 10 (or so) guests who will stream the live event together from the hosts’ home!

Our event will feature live music, giveaways, testimonials from organ donor recipients, cocktail making from a master mixologist at Woodinville Whiskey, & incredible auction items (vacations, event tickets, golfing +) all to support our youth heart screening program for the 2021-2022 school year!

When: October 8, 2021, live music beginning at 6:30 pm, program from 7-8 pm

Hosts will receive a ‘party starter kit’ from Alexander’s Hope, including a cocktail kit from Woodinville Whiskey, wine, charcuterie board essentials, a sweet treat for you & your guests & more!

We have special rates for young professionals (aged 28 & under)!

Auction Sign Up Packages:

Hosts have 10 entries to the virtual auction, they will stream the event & all of their attendees will be able to bid on auction items.

Hosts will receive a party starter kit including: a cocktail kit from Woodinville Whiskey, wine, charcuterie board essentials, sweet treats & more!

Host cost: $500

Young Professional Hosts are those who wish to host that are 28 or younger, they have all of the same perks as traditional hosts!

10 entries to the virtual auction, they will stream the event & all of their attendees will be able to bid on auction items.

Will receive a party starter kit including: a cocktail kit from Woodinville Whiskey, wine, charcuterie board essentials, sweet treats & more!

Young Professional Host cost: $200

Single entry tickets are available to those who want to participate in the event without hosting or attending a hosted streaming party!

Single entry tickets allow for one person to stream the online event & participate in the auction.

Single entry ticket holders will not receive a party starter kit.

Single entry ticket cost: $35


Our online auction will open on October 5th & will end during our event. We will need to collect card information from each guest before the event through our auction platform, Greater Giving. Hosts will receive more information on this during the month leading up to our event.
